Pregnancy is a time of joy and the embodiment of unconditional love as your baby grows and you embrace the journey into motherhood. You are going through a very delicate time and every aspect of your being should be treated with honour and respect. Know that every sensory impression, sight, smell and feeling you experience has a direct impact not only on your well-being, but also on the development of your child.
My aim within my pregnancy yoga classes is for you to feel nurtured, honoured and empowered during this special time, in a supportive and relaxing environment. It is my hope that you will find strength, stability and grace by releasing tension from the body and to feel empowered and rejuvenated through powerful breathing and relaxations that connect you deeply to your inner power and potential.
Along with finding space in your body and mind to adapt to the constant physical, emotional and energetic changes, you will also form positive affirmations and empowering tools to support you during labour and birth.

Rebecca has been trained by Dr Uma Dinsmore-Tulli and is a Womb Yoga teacher. The practice of Womb Yoga enables us to access the inner guidance of our source wisdom so that we may more readily reside in well-being and peace with our experiences as women.
